• Remove excessive trash and debris: The customer is asked to remove all excessive dirt, food and drink containers, organic material, and other trash prior to technician arrival. Excessive debris inhibits the effectiveness of precautionary cleaning.
• Wear PPE: Technicians wear protective gloves and safety glasses while at customer facilities
• Apply Cleaning Solution: Disinfectant is sprayed on compartment door handles, handrails, operator door exterior, operator door interior, steering wheel, control levers, dash, and any other accessible operator compartment components with pre-mixed solution as recommended per CDC guidelines.
• Removal of Cleaning Supplies: Towels and cleaning supplies are placed in a trash container to be returned to our Facility for disposal.
• Perform Maintenance: During any diagnosis, maintenance or necessary repairs the technicians will use the appropriate PPE and established safety protocols.
• After Service: After servicing or repairing the equipment, repeat steps 2, 3 and 4.
• The vehicle is tagged: Tech places Sanitized Tag on the vehicle, provided by SWTL, and returns the equipment or lift truck to service.
